While the Fox News HD service is new, FOX Business HD has been operating since autumn 2007. Fox Business HD is available to Direct TV subscribers on channel 359, but is not yet available to DISH Network subscribers.
So why no Fox News HD on DirecTV and/or DISH? Restrictions on the amount of capacity available have been mentioned regarding Direct TV. While the company has not, and probably will not confirm anything to that effect, it is certainly a possibility. DIRECTV 11 launched in March, and official DIRECTV statements have said the satellite will not be operational until September.
Capacity issues also are plaguing DISH Network. While they have begun local HD expansion, their national HD count continues to trail DIRECTV.

I recently went from dish to direct and I hate it. I want fox and i am now waiting on a waver. I will pay for it, if it is approved or is this another mislead by direct. Please approve me, or tell me who can.
